All surface should be dry and free from contamination such as oil, grease, loose particles, decayed matter, moss, algae growth and laitance.
Mechanical means such wire brushing. Shot blasting can be used and finally vacuum clean of all loose solids as requieed.
Where moss, algae or similar growths have occurred, proper treatment should be carried out.
All surface cracks should be filled up with Apcobuild Seal N safe modified mortar.

The surface should be primed with Apcobuild Beauty Guard diluted with potable water in the ratio 1:1by volume prior to application of Apcobuild Beauty Guard finish coats, allow prime coat to dry for at least 2-3 hours.
All primed substrates should be treated with two coats of Apcobuild Beauty Guard without dilution by brush or roller with time gap of 6 hours between each coat.
For enhanced protection, apply additional coat of Apcobuild Beauty Guard on rain lashing walls, chajjas & parfit walls.
Allow the coated surface to air cure fully for 7 days.
