The application surface must be clean and free from dust grease and loose particles. Surface may be damp but not saturated.
Apply one coat of Apcobuild Bitukote EMB as a Primer, diluting 1 Kg Apcobuild Bitukote EMB and 1 Kg water by weight on well prepared surface.
Apcobuild Bitukote EMB should be stirred well before use. It is recommended that 2 coats should be applied depending upon the degree of protection required after the primer coat.
Apcobuild Bitukote EMB can be apply with Brush or roller.

After the primer coat is completely dried two coats of Apcobuild Bitukote EMB. It is recommended to apply the 2 nd coat after that 1 st coat totally dried. Perpendicular to the first coat.
For Better result use Glass Fibre Reinforcement embedded into 1st coat of Apcobuild Bitukote EMB wile still wet.
Apcobuild Bitukote EMB could be diluted upto 15 % for 1st coat and 10 % for 2nd coat to make material workable and get the desired coverage. All brushes and tools should cleaned by water immediately after use.
