Bonding Agent for Old to New Concrete and plaster is Apcobuild Bondcrete, of apcotex industries ltd-,is specially formulated and designed to avoid the need for hacking. Before tacking up cement - sand plaster over new and old surface.

Concrete surface for treatment must be thoroughly cleaned of all laitance, loose materials, oils ,grease etc
In case of presence of any shuttering oil on the concrete, same needs to be removed completely using suitable methods.
Moisten the surface with clean water and bring it to saturated surface dry (SSD) condition.

Mix Apcobuild Bondcrete : cement : water in the ratio 1:1:3 respectively.
Apply Single coat of above prepared mix by brush or spray on pretreated surface.
After 10- 15 minutes apply the coat (dash coat) of plaster. The plaster mix should be prepared using cement sand ratio 1 :3 and the water cement ratio should be 0.45 to 0.55.
Allow the chat coat / dash coat to dry and then apply the complete plaster and finish.
