Clean the surface thoroughly with mechanically means and make the surface free from dirt and loose material
Remove all excess water available on floor.
Find out all the visible cracks, loose china chips and open the same and fill with polymer Paste The polymer paste can be prepared using Apcobuild Hydrocrete & cement in a paste consistency.
Preparing coving / angle fillet in 1: 4 cement sand mortar at all junctions of wall and slab. The mortar can be prepared using Apcobuild Hydrocrete (weight 10 % as per cement weight) Cure the mortar for 7 days.
Pre- wet the surface to be coated to SSD condition.

Apply one coat of Apcobuild Terracoat by brush, roller, or spray. If applied by brush, roller the coat should be applied in one direction only Allow it to dry completely for 1to 2 hours.
Apply second coat of Apcobuild Terracoat on the dried first coat. If applied by brush or roller. The second coat should be applied in the direction perpendicular to the first coat. Allow it to dry for 1 – 2 hours.
Apply the third coat in the direction of first coat and allow it to dry completely for 2 -3 days.
