All surface should be dry and free from contamination such as oil, grease, loose particles, decayed matter, moss, algae growth and laitance.
Mechanical means such wire brushing. Shot blasting can be used and finally vacuum clean of all loose solids as required.
Where moss, algae or similar growths have occurred, proper treatment should be carried out.
All surface cracks should be filled up with Apcobuild Crackfiller paste.

Apply one coat of Apcobuild Terracoat by brush, roller, or spray. If applied by brush, roller the coat should be applied in one direction only Allow it to dry completely for 1to 2 hours.
Apply second coat of Apcobuild Terracoat on the dried first coat. If applied by brush or roller. The second coat should be applied in the direction perpendicular to the first coat. Allow it to dry for 1 – 2 hours.
For enhanced protection, apply additional coat of Apcobuild Terracoat on rain lashing walls, chajjas & parfit walls.
Allow the coated surface to air cure fully for 7 days.
